What is SOFI?
SOFI (South of Fenwick Island) is an independent community-information website for the northernmost part of Ocean City, Maryland, including all of Caine Woods. The goal is to make useful local information easier to find without requiring memberships or logins.
Independent operation & sponsorship
SOFI is independently operated. It is not an official website of the Town of Ocean City, Caine Woods Community Association, or any government organization. This site is sponsored by Fenwick HVAC, which has a business interest in the local service market. Our business directory is selectively curated and is not exhaustive.
