Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive the email address, name, and other information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, review listing suggestions, correct information, or handle your request. Please do not email sensitive personal information.
Free SOFI sticker requests
If you request a free SOFI sticker, we collect the name, postal address, and sticker quantity you provide. We use that information to review requests and mail stickers along with printed information from site sponsor Fenwick HVAC. We do not publish your mailing information or automatically subscribe you to an email or text marketing list.
Mailing details are used only to process and fulfill the sticker request. Once a request has been processed and the stickers mailed, we delete the submitted name, mailing address, and quantity from the request mailbox and any operator-controlled fulfillment records, including deleted-mail folders, except where retention is legally required. Mail-system backups and routine hosting/security logs may persist temporarily under service-provider retention policies. Do not submit information for someone else without their permission.
Hosting, technical data, and cookies
Like most sites, our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical information, including IP address, browser type, requested pages, and access logs for security and delivery of the website.
The free-sticker request page is included in this draft, but submissions remain disabled pending testing. This site has no account registration or advertising tracker intentionally installed. If we add analytics, embedded services, or optional cookies before publication, we will update this policy to describe them.
Request security
We use your IP address temporarily to limit automated submissions, and generate keyed one-way identifiers from IP addresses and mailing addresses to control duplicate requests. These identifiers expire within 90 days; they are not used for marketing. Server and email-provider security logs may be subject to separate retention schedules.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell visitor-submitted personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to run the website, when required by law, or as necessary to protect the website and its users.
Sticker request details are deleted after fulfillment as described above, subject to legally required retention and service-provider backup schedules. Other correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for its purpose or legal obligations.

Links to businesses, real estate services, and other websites take you away from SOFI. Their privacy policies apply to their services.
